This week's challenge is SFC4014 Leave Me Be

This week's challenge has a dual meaning.  You can either choose to use leaves on your card, add leaves as embellishments, leaves on the paper, leaves in your image OR you can do something in more of a travel type theme, such as leaving, going on a trip.  Either way, we can't wait to see what you create. We'd love for you to use a Squigglefly image, to be prize eligible it's required, but everyone is welcome to play along.

Let's start with some great examples from the Holley Hobbyists:

Pat Martin created this gorgeous Baseball theme card with gorgeous leaf paper and embellishment.  This wonderful image comes from artist Cheryl Alger and is called All American.  Not only does this card have fall leaves, but I bet this hitter is getting ready for some travel (ie. running for first base!)

Kecia Waters  created this adorable card using a new image from Squigglefly artist Cheryl Alger.  This image is called Home Run Hitter. How beautiful is that stitching! That ball is going to travel right out of the park.

Elizabeth Hart designed this gorgeous card using a brand new stamp from Squigglefly artist Angela Charles called Fall Basket.  Don't you love the all the layers?  She has adorable leaves on the paper in the background, leaves in her floral embellishment as well as leaves in her image!

Jen Leeflang created this beautifully made card.  This sweet image is from artist Cheryl Alger and is called Hows About a Hug..  Isn't her layout great?  That sentiment is just perfect for this card.

Darlene Pavlick created this lovely fall theme card using a great image from Squigglefly artist Angela Charles. This image is called  Umbrella Girl.  She added fun leaf papers, beautiful die cut leaves and leaves in her sentiment.  I would even consider this a bit of a travel theme card with this cute little girl, looks like she is off on a walk with her umbrella!

Tammy Hair created this adorable using a new image from artist Cheryl Alger. This cute image is  called Cheer Your Heart Out.   Give me and F, Give me an A, Give me L, Give me an L, GO FALL!

And lastly, I (Holley Barnhart from Holley's Blog) have a wonderful new image from artist Cheryl Alger called Bountiful Blessings.  This fun image comes with four sentiments as well (not shown).  I added leaf theme paper, leaves on my image, leaf theme sentiments at the base, and tiny enamel leaves under the image.  I also think of this fun image as having a bit of a travel theme as I just imagine her pulling that pumpkin across the countryside.
I hope these cards have inspired you to make a card to play along this week.  You are always welcome to play no matter what images you use, but to be eligible for the prize, please use at least one stamp from Squigglefly!

We realize that many people don't have blogs, but instead participate in our challenges using on-line galleries. We love that you are helping us spread the word about Squigglefly! However, many of the galleries require passwords and not all of us at Squigglefly belong to every gallery or group. To help us make sure we don't miss your artwork, we are asking that if you do use an online gallery that you leave us a comment on the challenge post. That way we'll be sure to have a member of the Squigglefly team who is a member of that gallery (SCS, CDAC, PCP, etc) can validate your entry.

1.) If you up-load your creation to any on-line photo galleries, please use SFC4014 for your keywords when loading your creation photo there. 1b) please leave a comment on the challenge blog post so that someone from Squigglefly can validate your entry for the prize.

2) You don't *have* to include a Squigglefly image on your creation, but in order to qualify for the prize you will need to use one! You can also combine SF images with non-SF images to qualify! Don't have one? There are several FREEBIES you can grab from the Squigglefly store, hop on over there. Those images will qualify you for the prize.

3) You have one week to complete the challenge and it will close Sunday evening. The winner will be announced at the same time the new challenge post comes up...so be sure to check back EVERY Monday to see if you are a winner!

4) Please leave a direct link to your entry in the comments below. The linking tool works sporadically and we don't want to miss your project! (No back-linking please.)
